Pricing

June rates are $250 per night with a one-week minimum stay. Enjoy the early summer tranquility on the lake at this family-owned cottage.

July and August are peak season at $400 per night with a one-week minimum. Perfect for summer gatherings with panoramic lake views.

September through Columbus Day Weekend is $250 per night with a one-week minimum. Ideal for a peaceful fall retreat on the water.

Fees & Extras

  • A cleaning fee and a security deposit will be required.
  • Pet Fee with Approval(up to 2 pets): $100.00 each
  • Mooring Fee (per day): $250.00 per week per mooring. You can rent up to 2 per week.
  • Total price will have a 5% Essex County Bed Tax on all totals and a NYS Sales Tax of 8%

After Columbus Day, weekly and long-term rentals are available for up to six months. Contact for specific pricing details.

How to Book

To reserve our lake front cottage, please complete the Book Your Stay form. Once that is submitted, we will inform you of the availability.


To secure your dates, you will pay your balance online on our "pay now" page once we have approved your dates of stay and communicated via phone or text.


You will receive a text and email containing all your booking information and can reach us directly via call, text, or email throughout your entire stay!

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the cottage, front and back yard, dock, and mooring.

Please note: The family reserves use of the adjacent lot when they are in town.
